Frequently Asked Questions
What We Take
We remove most non-hazardous household and commercial items, including furniture, appliances, electronics, mattresses, yard debris, construction debris, office furniture, and general junk. If you’re unsure about a specific item, just ask!
Yes. We remove refrigerators, washers, dryers, televisions, computers, and many other appliances and electronics. We recycle or rehome them rather than sending them directly to the landfill.
Yes. We can haul many types of heavy debris, including concrete, dirt, tile, brick, and other construction materials. Because these materials are heavy, they may be priced differently from ordinary household junk. Send us photos or give us a call for an estimate.
We generally cannot haul certain hazardous materials, chemicals, fuels, and other regulated waste. Contact us with a photo or description if you’re unsure about an item.
Pricing & Estimates
Pricing depends primarily on how much space your items take up and the type of material being removed. We provide upfront pricing before starting the job, so you know what to expect with no hidden charges.
Yes. We’re happy to provide a free estimate. For many jobs, we can quote you based on photos. For larger jobs, our team can meet you on site to give you a more accurate quote free of charge.
The Removal Process
Absolutely. No job is too small. We handle everything from a single couch or appliance to complete property cleanouts.
Nope! Our team handles the heavy lifting. Items can be inside your home, garage, office, backyard, storage unit, or elsewhere on the property.
With JDog, you don't have to load anything yourself or leave a dumpster sitting on your property. Our crew does the lifting, loading, hauling, sorting, recycling, and donation work for you. You only point to what needs to go.
Simply call, text, or request an appointment through our website. Tell us what you need removed, send photos if you have them, and our team will help determine the best service and appointment time.
Yes, depending on availability. We do our best to accommodate same-day and next-day pickups, especially for time-sensitive cleanouts.
Cleanouts & Commercial Services
Yes. We handle everything from single-item pickups to full home, apartment, estate, storage unit, office, and commercial property cleanouts.
Absolutely. We regularly work with property managers, apartment communities, HOAs, facility managers, and commercial properties on unit cleanouts, abandoned furniture, bulk-item removal, and ongoing junk removal needs.
Yes. We provide construction debris removal, job-site cleanups, light demolition debris hauling, and ongoing hauling services for contractors, remodelers, and other trades.
What Happens to Your Items
We make every effort to keep usable items out of the landfill. Items are sorted at our warehouse so furniture, appliances, clothing, and other usable goods can be rehomed or donated whenever possible. We also separate recyclable materials such as metal and e-waste. All other junk is taken to a local transfer station, where it is further sorted and diverted, rather than a landfill.
Yes. Rehoming usable items is a major part of our business model. We work to give furniture, appliances, clothing, and household goods a second life through local families and organizations, including our partnership with Habitat for Humanity.
